Promoted Listing
Enables Landlords to have their property adverts highlighted on the website for a limited period of time. The adverts would be promoted throughout the site and displayed near or at the top of search results; it also changes the colour formatting of the advert and the map pin, on the location feature. Properties are also displayed randomly on the homepage or the right hand column throughout the website.

Banner and Button Advertising
Landlords with a number of properties and / or their own website may be interested in not just promoting individual adverts, but generating general awareness for their brand in Huddersfield. Banner and button adverts are perfect for this and will ensure the advertiser’s message appears somewhere on every page of the website.
This can also be used for companies in the area looking to market to students such as taxis and cleaners.

Accommodation Wall in the Advice Centre - Window Cards:
Much like a typical estate agents, some agents/landlords will be interested in having their property adverts printed out and displayed in the Advice Centre and around the Students’ Union in view of all the students passing through.

Register Online
After registering online, you will need to forward a cheque for the correct amount (made payable to UHSU) along with a copy of your current Gas Safe Register certificate, NICEIC certificate, EPC (Energy Performance Certificate), confirmation of your Tenancy Deposit Scheme, and HMO (House of Multiple Occupancy) Licence if applicable, to the address at the bottom of the page.
